Community Education

We believe in community empowerment, and education is the foundation for positive changes for behavioral health. 

Our goals:

  1. 1. Reducing stigma around mental illness and substance use. 
  2. 2. Prevention through evidence based knowledge.
  3. 3. Promotion of recovery and resilience.
  4. 4. Connecting to local resources for further help & treatment. 

Other trainings offered:

  • Mental Health Basics or Youth Mental Health Basics (3-4 hours)
    • Covers common mental health problems and how to help someone in crisis. Email 
  • Prescription Drug Education
    • Learn about commonly prescribed addictive medications and the risks associated with them. Email
  • Trainings can be tailored to your needs! We are dedicated to presenting accurate, research-based information and would be happy consult or present for your team.Topics we cover:
